We respect the fact that we are dealing with careers and livelihoods and, as a result, consultants at Taylor Abbott never release the credentials of individuals to clients without candidates' prior permission and knowledge.
When a candidate meets with any of our consultants, the individual's career objectives, motivations and cultural preferences are discussed and assessed.
Prior to meeting with any clients, consultants will also brief each candidate on the interview process including the professional backgrounds of client interviewers and the specifications of the role.
Following each meeting, feedback from both the candidate and client is taken in order to immediately identify and address any concerns that arise in the process.
Consultants also assist in the offer and contract negotiations as well as preparing candidates for the resignation process.
